Is there such a thing as a bad omlette??

The last creative one I did was turkey and spinach along with the requisite tomatoes, onions and peppers.

The leftover Easter ham is working as well.

Wow! This was a rather surreal read. Cooking tips from Pastor Troy? Who knew that salt made eggs tough? Someone told me once that if you use water instead of a little milk in your eggs, they'll be fluffier. While it may be true, I personally prefer the milk. Maybe I'm going for tough and creamy, not fluffy and soft. I am impressed by your cooking finesse.
